Maxila is a small Kennel located 1 hour west of Brisbane,Queensland, Australia.

I have 2 breeds, the first was the Toy Poodle, followed some years later with the Miniature Pinscher affectionately called a Min Pin.

I started showing a Boxer in 1966, added some German Shorthaired Pointers in 1971, and in 1975, I purchased my first Poodle, a black Miniature.

The Maxila prefix was established in 1990 however it was not until 1993 that I commenced showing a black baby Poodle Toy bitch.

At Maxila our aims are to produce quality Poodles (Toys) and Miniature Pinschers that are healthy and of sound temperament and conform to their breed standard.
