Maxila Poodles was established in 1990 and we commenced showing in 1993. During this time we have shown and titled several dogs, the latest being Aust. Ch. Maxila Watz His Name.

Our Philosophy at Maxila is to breed quality Toy Poodles suitable for both the show ring and as loving companions.

Aust. Ch. Spribeau Stryke Midnite 1994 -2008 was our foundation sire. He was a great temperament and always loved to show, he is sadly missed around our house.

In 1996 I introduced Aust. Ch. Toyopet Midnite Fantasy ("Winter") as a baby from Toyopet, another little Poodle with personality plus.  She is the dam of Aust. Ch. Maxila Tallis Howe and grand- dam of Aust. Ch. Maxila Taka Chance on Me.

Our stud dogs are DNA tested for prcd a form of PRA and only those tested as clear ("A") are used at stud.
